Addressed several themes which focused on supervisory skills

"Access Centre" organizes a training course for Qatar Islamic International Bank's employees.

Access Centre- Qatar has organized a course about supervisory skills for fifteen (15) employees who work at the Qatar Islamic International Bank. The course, which lasted for four (4) days, addressed several themes, such as how to plan, set work plan, achieve goals, evaluate performance, set standards and indicators, how to communicate with others and motivate and build motivations. Moreover, the course included training on the authorization skill and how to distribute job tasks to subordinates; skills of preservation of employees; discovering and developing intellectual capital and using thinking patterns in order to analyse problems and make decisions.
"This course comes in the framework of the training plan that is executed periodically by the Qatar Islamic International Bank for employees in several departments of the bank. We in the bank are keen to continuously raise the efficiency of our human cadres in accordance with high banking standards," Mr. Ali Hamad Almsafry, Head of the Operating Sector in the Islamic International Bank said.
"This training program," he added "as reflected by its enriching training contents, emphasizes how the Islamic Internal Bank is keen on providing the best banking services for its customers through its various banking channels,"
Almsafry expressed his thanks to Access Centre for the excellent efforts that has been provided by the centre's trainers through their cooperation with the Islamic International Bank. He also expressed his the bank's satisfaction with the level of the remarkable interaction that has emerged during the training programs executed by the Islamic International Bank in collaboration with the centre.
"The importance of the course lies in the preparation of the employees in order to meet the banking work needs through an institutional vision aiming at the advancement of the establishment and achieving the development strategy," said Mr.Tariq Al Halees, CEOof Access Centre- Qatar .
Al Halees pointed to the interest shown by the Qatar Islamic International Bank's executive administration in the rehabilitation of the bank's employees and continuing to prepare them regularly for responding to development plans set by the administration.
"Access Centre," he added "has vast potentials concerning administrative rehabilitation through preparing programs and developing them to keep pace with needs of the present phase in each institution or company. Furthermore, the centre is willing to respond to any initiatives suggested by the private and governmental bodies ."
Participants of the training program expressed their satisfaction with the content of the course and emphasized that they have extremely benefitted from it , which in turn will evidently reflect on their performance during the next period.
