Course in Communication Skills held by "Access Center" for 20 QIIB staff members

Access center has held a course in developing communication skills, troubleshooting and decision-making for 20 QIIB staff members.
The program has focused on the importance of communication skills and its role in improving staff performance and productivity. It has also tackled the importance of communication skills in analyzing work problems and taking the right decisions in order to solve such problems. The program has aimed to raise the participants' awareness of the concept and importance of creative thinking in developing their innovative skills, and has provided training in involving scientific methodologies in the problem solving process. This is in addition to developing the skill of decision-making and opting the best scientific alternatives that could be applied.
In this concern, Mr. Ali Hamad Al-Mosefary, Head of the Operations Sector stated that "This training program comes in the framework of QIIB's keenness to develop its staff's skills and to raise their performance.This would be in turn reflected on the quality and perfection of the services they provide ." He also added that " Communication skills are essential on all work levels. Thus, we focus on developing such skills as they play an important role in understanding the client and fulfilling his/her needs in a perfect manner and according to his/her expectations. This is always what QIIB seeks to achieve through attaining the clients' satisfaction ."
Mr. Ali has also expressed his thanks to Access Center for their efforts exerted in the training course. He also expressed his thanks to all QIIB's trainees, and his confidence that this program will be a further step towards enhancing quality and acquiring additional experiences, which would enrich their knowledge.
Mr. Tariq Al Halees, Access Center Qatar's CEO said that "The program themes has included several points, among which is the fundamentals of creative thinking and its definitions and types, the role of creative thinking in developing and in defining problems and its aspects. This is in addition to the scientific methods involved in problems solution, determining their nature, methods involved in dealing with them, the mechanism of developing employees' troubleshooting skills and using the "Six Hats" methodology in dealing with work problems and obstacles.
